They made my 5 year old boy cry when they stood around saying there was something wrong with his photo, this is after I told them it was taken at Officeworks, and that I would need to go and have it retaken. I went to another post office and am now in receipt of my sons passport! They wanted to reject my husbands photo as well, he said he would take the chance, guess what? He now has his passport. The people who works here are nasty job worths! Only given one star as otherwise unable to post this review. Maybe give them some customer service training so they are not so mean
