  Recently bought multiple kitchen appliances through Greg, top quality service, not too pushy but very knowledgeable. Dealt with the cabinet maker directly too which helped. Price was on the ball too. Nice to know we're supporting our local operators.

  Being a property manager it is hard to find a helpful company to deal with for electrical goods. I have dealt with Greg at Newtons a couple of times now and you certainly get old fashioned customer service from them. They have been very helpful and efficient with before and after service.

  Have always purchased excellent products in the past from Newton’s and just had superb with help from Samish after my dishwasher broke down after 15 years. He was incredibly patient in helping me consider what product to choose (built-in so dimensions had to be right). When I thought perhaps it was an electrical problem instead of the dishwasher, he kindly cancelled my order - only to have me order again after I learned my initial assessment of breakdown of the dishwasher was correct! Can’t praise his help at Newton’s too highly and expect installation of the new machine this week.

  Sanish is hands down one of the BEST people in customer service I have come across in years. He follows through and communicates every step of the way. I accidentally came across them online and didn't realise they were in Brisbane. I have been ordering through them from Sydney and they have been incredible. If they don't know something they will call their rep and ask, and get back to you straight away. You can't ask for more than that. Delivery has been timely and smooth going. Hands down my favourite appliance store to date!
